Safety and Health

The security of Sinur-Oil LLP’s employees is her top concern. Our safety policies and procedures are intended to foster a culture where workers and subcontractors look out for one another while they are at work, ensuring that every person involved in our operations goes home safely each day. Our organization’s commitment to process and occupational safety is ingrained at all levels and starts at the top. We incorporate important enterprise-wide safety measures into the formula of our yearly management and staff reward plan. Our ultimate goal is to have no safety incidents, and we strive for continuous improvement in safety performance. The Management System Manual for Environment, Health, Safety, and Social Responsibility (EHS & SR) provides a structure for overseeing and evaluating our safety performance.

Workers are tasked with identifying and addressing the safety hazards most pertinent to their activities, which fosters a culture of ownership over occupational safety. By identifying particular at-risk behaviors through trend analysis and then offering feedback to our workforce on mitigation techniques, for instance, our Behavioral Safety Observation Program has assisted in improving our global safety performance.

Our process safety program is designed to stop any material—including nontoxic and nonflammable ones like compressed air, steam, and nitrogen—from unexpectedly or uncontrollably losing its primary containment in the event of an accident, fire, explosion, toxic leak, or negative environmental effects. Our efforts are concentrated on comprehending and locating critical components of process safety systems that may affect integrity and the safe and appropriate operation of machinery.

Industrial Safety

Since we recognize how crucial it is for our employees and contractors to be safe, Sinur-Oil LLP is dedicated to abiding by the most stringent international health and safety regulations. We strive to instill a solid safety culture in all of our businesses every day. Industrial safety is the state of protecting people, property, and the environment against the negative effects of potentially hazardous production factors. This factory that produces hazardous materials is called Sinur-Oil LLP. Hiring an industrial safety specialist to evaluate and certify the safety of manufacturing facilities that pose a risk to workers’ health and safety is one way to ensure workplace safety. An industrial safety specialist examines the item to ensure it meets all applicable standards and specifications.

The mission of Sinur-Oil LLP is to create an Incident and Injury Free (IIF) Workplace. Safety is more than just following regulations.
